Land on the calendar.
A calendar invite is the one message every buyer opens. KALI places a well-written invite with a real agenda directly on your prospect's calendar, tracks accept, tentative and decline, and reschedules automatically.
- Spam-filter immune
- Accept / tentative / decline tracking
- Auto-reschedule

How it works
KALI in three steps.
- 01
Write the agenda
KALI invites carry a short, specific agenda tied to the signal that triggered them, not a generic "quick chat".
- 02
Send to the calendar
The invite is delivered as a native calendar event from a Vendisys-managed sending identity, so it appears where buyers actually look.
- 03
Track and reschedule
Accept, tentative, decline and silence each route differently. Underfive handles the reply and KALI reschedules on its own.
Capabilities
Everything KALI does.
Direct-to-calendar delivery
Invites land as events, not emails. They are seen in the calendar app and on the lock screen.
Response tracking
Every accept, tentative and decline is captured and fed back to the engine as an event.
Automatic rescheduling
Declines and tentatives trigger new proposed slots without a human touching the thread.
Agenda templates
Signal-aware agendas: competitor displacement, new-hire welcome, funding follow-up and more.
Sending identities
Invites go out from warmed, Vendisys-operated identities so your own calendar reputation is never at stake.
Engine hand-offs
Fires from a CAM signal, verified by Scrubby, and hands every response to Underfive.
Connects to HubSpot and Salesforce. Ships with an MCP server. Like every Vendisys product, KALI writes contacts, activities and outcomes to your CRM, and exposes its capabilities to AI agents through MCP.
Where it sits in the engine
KALI is one part of the complete outbound engine.
Use KALI on its own, or connect it to the infrastructure layer and the other agents and the whole relay runs without manual steps. Vendisys has operated this engine for 2,200+ companies since 2002.
Isn't an unsolicited invite annoying?
A bad one is. KALI invites are short, specific to something that just happened at the buyer's company, and easy to decline. Decline rates are tracked and poorly performing agendas are retired automatically.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and anything that accepts standard calendar invitations.
What happens when someone accepts?
The meeting is created, your rep is notified, a prep brief is generated from the originating signal, and Underfive watches the thread for changes.
Can I use KALI without the rest of the engine?
Yes. KALI works standalone from getkali.io. Connected to CAM and Underfive, the whole relay runs without manual steps.
