You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Vendisys is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
3. Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring their outreach campaigns comply with all relevant regulations and platform terms of service (e.g., LinkedIn User Agreement).
4. Termination
Vendisys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or are deemed to be harmful to our platform or reputation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendisys Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
